First and foremost, Bikram Yoga Brewster is to serve as a refuge for people who are new to yoga. The studio serves as a safe space such that all students can gain the extensive health benefits of practicing hot yoga.
All classes are beginners classes - no yoga experience or physical flexibility is necessary. In fact, if you are not flexible, that is a great reason to come try hot yoga. As a beginner, it's best to attend class frequently, particularly in the first month, in order to gain the benefits and to start to unlock your physical and mental potential.

What is Bikram Yoga?
Through stretching, compression, and relaxation, Bikram Yoga moves fresh oxygenated blood to your entire body, restoring all body systems to health. Students do not need to be flexible to do this yoga, one only has to try the postures a little bit the right way in order to get the benefits.
